Styliani obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) at Birmingham City University, UK, followed by her Master degree LLM at Leeds Metropolitan University.

At the first steps of her career she joined Harneys, a leading international offshore law firm where she currently practices banking, finance, commercial and corporate law. In addition her expertise lie as well in Tax and Regulatory, Cyprus Regulatory, Banking & Finance.

Some of Styliani’s recent experience include advising at several companies such as Public Joint Stock Company Chelyabinsk Pipe plant, Black Sea agribusiness company the Kernel group, and Alcentra and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
