Elitta-Lida graduated from the University of Essex with an LL.B (Hons) and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University College London, specializing in Corporate Finance Law, Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Corporate Insolvency Law and Marine Insurance Law.

Her career progression has since developed from Trainee Lawyer at the Law office of Nicos Chr. Anastasiades & Partners to her current position of Legal Advisor and Assistant Compliance Officer for Realaw A.P.M Partners Limited, a company regulated by CySEC which provides corporate advisory and administrative services. She provides legal advice in relation to general corporate law matters, including but not limited to drafting and reviewing of agreements and various other legal documents, company formation and administration, registration of charges, as well as advising on matters of restructuring and liquidation.

Elitta-Lida also holds the position of Independent, Non-Executive Director in Chase Buchanan, a Cyprus Investment Firm which provides financial advisory services to both corporate and private clients in the UK and internationally.

She is a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She is also a licensed Greek lawyer and a member of the Volos Bar Association.
