Application for administration of property of a Deceased

This document is a template application filed with the Court for the administration of property of a deceased who died whithout leaving a will, accompanied with a sworn affidavit by the appointed administrator of the property that he/she will prepare a true and accurate estate inventory and administer the said property in a fair manner, distributing the property to the heirs of the deceased person, in accordance with the Cyprus Law.
