Court Application - Extension of Deadline to File HE12

This document is a court application, accompanied with a relevant sworn affidavit made by a director of the company, for a an extension on the deadline to file an issue and allotment of shares in shares by submitting the relevant HE12 form.  It is  relevant where, for any reason, the company omitted to file the said HE12 form within the one month deadline provided by section 51(1) of Cyprus Companies Law, Cap 113, as amended. As a court document it is made in Greek.
