This document is a template of a court application for a summary judgment made in Greek. It includes the court application and a relevant sworn affidavit. This particular template relates to breach of contract, and specifically unpaid invoices, but it can be adopted to become suitable for a wide range of facts or circumstances. This particular template also assumes there is a guarantor for the performance of the subject matter contract, who is also a defendant.
