This document is a template engagement letter, governed by Cyprus law,  for the provision of professional services to clients, including legal services, accounting, audit, consulting, financial advisory and any other service.  It is ideally suitable where the scope of the services concerns an ad hoc specific task, assignment or matter.  It permits the adjustment of the scope, fees, timeframe and persons involved on a case by case basis while maintaining a suitable structure and applicable terms and conditions.  It is is provided in English.
