Letter of Demand to Insurance (Car Accident)

This document is a template letter of demand made to insurance companies in connection to out of court settlements of large claims of damages resulting from car accidents. It is, as a matter of practice, sent by the lawyers or other representatives of an insured person (or other third party beneficiary) with a claim against an insurance company, prior to commencing litigation proceedings. It customarily forms the basis of further negotiations for an out of court settlement. It is made in Greek.
