Retainer of Legal Services

This document is a template retainer of legal services agreement governed by Cyprus law.  It is an agreement which governs the terms and conditions pursuant to which legal services are provided, whether as a general matter or in the context of a specific transaction or matter. It includes, inter alia, the term, the scope the services, the responsibilities of each the  supplier and the client,  the fees ( including any retainer fee),  payment terms, termination, indemnity  and other miscellaneous provisions.  It can be adjusted as applicable.
