Share Pledge Agreement

This document is a template share pledge agreement made in English under Cyprus law.  It is ideal in the context of international financing transactions where a lender demands that the borrower or guarantor (or other obligor),  pledges its shares in a Cyprus company,  as security for the perromance of the obligations of the borrower under the original loan or facility agreement.  It includes,  as Annex, templates of all the proper and ideal documents for perfection of the pledge.  This particular draft is weighted in the favor of the lender.
