Trust Deed

This document is a template trust deed, also commonly referred to as a declaration of trust governed by Cyprus law. It purports to establish a trust over shares in Cyprus private companies whereby the trustee, acting as  a  nominee shareholder, hold the shares on trust for and on behalf of  the Grantor, as referred to therein, who is the beneficiary of the shares.
